Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of TampaBayDronePilot.com and aerial photography, videography, documentation, and related services provided by Tampa Bay Drone Pilot, a service operated by Eagle Premier Realty LLC.
Services and Quotes
The exact scope, deliverables, price, timing, and any deposit or payment terms are those stated in the applicable quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or other written agreement.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for accurate project and site information, appropriate property-owner or site authorization, reasonable site access, disclosure of known hazards or restrictions, and site readiness.
Flight Safety, Airspace and Weather
All drone operations are subject to FAA rules, airspace restrictions, temporary flight restrictions, weather, visibility, site conditions, equipment status, and other safety requirements. The remote pilot in command has final authority over whether a flight can safely and lawfully proceed.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation charge when notice is received at least five calendar days before the scheduled service. With less than five calendar days’ notice, Tampa Bay Drone Pilot may charge up to 50% of the scheduled service price or retain an applicable deposit. Same-day cancellation, no-show, refusal of reasonable site access, or failure to have the site reasonably ready may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Deliverables, Copyright and License
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Eagle Premier Realty LLC / Tampa Bay Drone Pilot retains copyright and ownership of original media. After required payment is received, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use delivered media for the applicable project, property, business, MLS, website, social media, print advertising, presentations, and related marketing or promotional purposes.
Mapping, Boundaries and Inspections
Unless a separately licensed professional is expressly engaged in writing, aerial mapping imagery, measurements, annotations, property-line graphics, roof imagery, and related deliverables are informational, marketing, or documentation products only and are not a boundary survey, engineering opinion, architectural certification, appraisal, property inspection, legal boundary determination, or guarantee of condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tampa Bay Drone Pilot and Eagle Premier Realty LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability relating to an affected service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that affected service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue will lie in the state or federal courts serving Pinellas County, Florida, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements.
